I believe mentorship significantly improves the career outcomes for people, helping them to realise their talents, abilities and motivations. It also lifts people’s workplace engagement and hence realise their own potential within it.
I want others to succeed in our swim school world. I support others to learn, to think more clearly and to identify gaps in skills that can be developed.
